timeline to the future

Hi All, from email July 27/05

Some of you have asked for details of my next project, here is the timeline.

July 13/05 I am booked for a biopsy, just to see what's up with that lump on my neck, the Doc says he will have the results next week........

July 14/05 My Doc calls and tells me to come to his office today, he would not discuss anything over the phone, high noon is my appointment..

When I got to his office he simply stated that I had a cancerous growth on my neck, and he also booked time for me with a surgeon,

that very afternoon, 2:30PM... He scoped my neck from the inside with an endo-scope, and signed me up for explority surgery, July 29/05

July 21/05 Blood work at the local clinic

July 22/05 Gold injection, for R/A

July 25/05 CT scan......

July 29/05 Surgery at Rockeyview Hosp. to see how far the cancer has progressed, also to find the primary site, as well as any other secondary sites.

This will be the time when we find out if I have even a chance at survival......

Aug. 4/05 Orientation at the Tom Backer cancer center.

Aug. 10/05 Start Chemo, at Tom Backer cancer clinic, the number of sessions will be decided during the surgery

Well that is where I am at, to this date. The bit about not knowing how far the cancer has spread is the worst, to have no info means that I have no solid plan.

so the default plan is to work on the worst case scenario, but be ready to accept the best............

So what eh, this is a road that I must walk alone, so when you think about me, can you just say 'Lord look after my brother', as that little thing may make a big difference.

Also can you remember me in a good light, and please forgive me if I ever wronged you............
